Our Midwest Distribution Center and Engineering offices are located in Schaumburg, Illinois (a suburb of Chicago).  Our products are generally in stock and shipped within 48 hours.  For volume customers outside the United States, we can ship large orders directly from our overseas facilities.

Matco offers a full 1-year warranty on all products. The warranty covers repair or replacement, but we will typically replace the product within the warranty period.  You are allowed a 30-day evaluation.  If the product does not meet you needs, you may return it for a full refund.
